10-week puppy screams in crate 40+ minutes — neighbors are polite but I am not okay
Nico was likely not crate trained before us. Night routine: potty, short play, crate with chew. He escalates from whine to full scream. We've never let him out mid-scream but 40 min feels cruel.
Daytime crate = 20 min quiet with treats. Nights are different planet.
