Considering adopting a 2yo Shiba from a rescue. I've had labs before so I think I know shedding — people online make Shibas sound like you need a second vacuum daily.
Realistic compare to a lab blowout? Grooming tools that helped?

Lab blowout twice a year. Shiba friends say it's more constant lighter fluff + two "coat blow" weeks of chaos. Line brushing and a good dryer if you groom at home.
